As a healthcare innovator, leader, and trusted advisor with over two decades of experience in Healthcare Technology and Consulting, I focus on strategic initiatives and fostering organizational growth in both Fortune 100 companies and startups globally.

My mission as a thought leader is to leverage my expertise in healthcare, business, and technology to enhance healthcare delivery through digital products and services. I have led HealthTech and Life Sciences initiatives globally, including spearheading Population Health at Aetna, and have held leadership roles at Elsevier, CTG, Wolters Kluwer, and AGFA.

A natural problem solver, I am passionate about helping organizations overcome their most pressing challenges. As a critical thinker, growth-oriented strategist, and straight-talking pragmatist, I deliver solutions that work.

 As an accomplished technology executive with extensive healthcare and digital innovation experience, I create and actualize the strategies driving enterprise technology investments, both organically and inorganically, including digital products, services, and capabilities that enable value-based and consumer-centered care transformation. 

I have served on senior management teams, and as a trusted partner and advisor to C-suite leaders, boards, and stakeholders across consumer, provider, payer, and pharma (CRO) verticals, creating alignment and competitive differentiation by delivering innovative products and technologies that transform user experiences and enterprise performance. Coaching, mentoring, and development of high-performance, cross-functional teams are important aspects of my work.

My passion is to leverage design thinking, Agile development, and Lean product methodologies to own digital portfolio P&L, to decrease innovation costs and risks, and to accelerate speed to market and ROI. My healthcare experience includes strategy and innovation, interoperability, performance improvement, value-based care, risk adjustment and payment models, population health, clinical solutions, and care management, from both provider and payor perspectives.

I consult with a broad range of clients, deploying industry leading frameworks in agile and digital innovation, aligning strategy with product roadmaps, providing healthcare thought leadership, validating business cases, developing unified data architectures, as well as authoring and driving use cases for emerging technologies.
